1. Acceptance
By using the WaslNAC app or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your account
You need an account to place orders. You're responsible for keeping your credentials (email, password, phone number) secure, and for any activity on your account.
3. Orders and payment
Displayed prices include item + delivery fee + VAT. Payment options: cash on delivery, Vodafone Cash, and InstaPay.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel while the order is 'pending' or 'accepted'. After preparation starts, cancellation may carry a fee. Refunds default to your WaslNAC wallet.
5. Limitation of liability
WaslNAC is an intermediary between customer and partner. Our liability is limited to the order value. Food quality or product complaints are primarily the partner's responsibility.
6. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You can request a copy of your data before termination.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any disputes will be resolved through the Cairo courts.
