When does the app launch?
We launch on May 23, 2026. Sign up on the homepage and we'll email you the moment we go live — with a free-first-delivery code.
Which areas do you cover?
We serve the New Administrative Capital (R-zones, government district, CBD, embassies), New Cairo (5th Settlement, Rehab, Katameya), and Madinaty. We'll expand gradually over the 6 months after launch.
What can I order?
Restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, daily essentials. You can also use the errands feature — a driver picks up anything from any merchant for you.
How long does delivery take?
Fast hyperlocal delivery — all our drivers operate inside NAC with no Cairo crossings. Time depends on the store's prep plus the driver's ride inside NAC.
How much is delivery?
Delivery starts from 15 EGP for a single store. Multi-store orders are slightly higher (one driver, all stops). Launch offer: first delivery free for the first 1000 sign-ups.
What payment methods do you accept?
At launch: cash on delivery. Plus Vodafone Cash and InstaPay for wallet top-ups. Card payment via Paymob is coming soon.
For business partners
How do I register my business?
Open the Partners page from the nav and fill in the form in 10 minutes. We review documents within 24 hours and reach out to activate your store.
What's the commission?
From 15% for restaurants, 5-8% for grocery and pharmacy, 20% for cloud kitchens. First 2 months after activation are zero-commission.
When do I get paid?
Bi-weekly settlement. Direct deposit to your bank or InstaPay, with a detailed PDF statement of every order.
For drivers
How is my pay calculated?
22-26 EGP per delivery, based on distance and order size. Higher rates during surge hours. No fixed salary — you work your hours.
When am I paid?
Every Thursday. Weekly transfers to InstaPay or your bank account. No hidden deductions.
Do I need a motorcycle?
Motorcycle is the most common, but we accept cars, bicycles, and even on-foot delivery in specific neighborhoods. You need a license, ID, and a smartphone.
