1. Data we collect

At sign-up: name, email, phone, delivery address, geo-location. With each order: order details, payment method, service rating. During use: device info (model, OS) and session metadata for security.

For drivers: the WaslNAC Driver app collects location data — including in the background while the driver is online — to dispatch nearby orders and let customers track deliveries in real time. Background location collection stops when the driver goes offline.

2. Why we collect it

  • To fulfill your order (delivery, payment, tracking).
  • To improve service (analyze order patterns, optimize delivery times).
  • For security (fraud detection, account protection).
  • To communicate (order notifications, promotional offers with your consent).

3. Do we sell your data?

No. WaslNAC does not sell personal data to third parties. Period.

4. Who we share data with

  • Partner businesses: customer name, contact phone, order details only.
  • Drivers: delivery address, phone, customer name.
  • Payment providers: Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, and our payment processor — for processing financial transactions.
  • Government authorities: only upon legal request.

5. Your rights

  • Get a copy of your data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account (and data, except financial records required for legal archiving).
  • Opt out of promotional notifications anytime.

6. Cookies

Our site uses cookies for sessions (remembering your login), analytics (Google Analytics), and your preferences (language, theme). You can disable cookies in browser settings, but some features will break.

7. Data security

We store your data on Supabase servers (SOC 2-compliant), encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. All admin access is logged.
